These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ChartLens ("the App"), developed by us and accessible via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. App Purpose

ChartLens is a mobile application that provides AI-generated technical analysis for financial market charts based on user-uploaded screenshots. The content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial advice.

2. No Financial Advice

ChartLens does not provide investment, trading, or financial advice. The AI-generated content reflects a logical analysis of technical indicators, not a prediction or recommendation. Users are solely responsible for any financial decisions made based on insights provided by the App.

3. Local Data Storage

ChartLens stores all user analysis history locally on the device. We do not collect or store screenshots, messages, or chart data on our servers. Authentication (Google, Apple, Facebook) is used solely for subscription and referral tracking purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through the App Store or Play Store. All purchases are final and subject to the store provider's refund policies. We are not responsible for billing issues or disputes. Subscriptions renew automatically on a weekly, or yearly basis depending on your selected plan. All purchases made on Apple platforms are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and refund policy: https://support.apple.com/billing Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to branding, visuals, animations, UI/UX design, and AI-generated text, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or repurpose any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation. Prohibited activities include scraping, automated access, tampering with subscription flows, attempting to extract AI logic, or engaging in abusive behavior toward the system or support staff.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of results, or compatibility with all devices. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes loss of data, profits, or investment losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
